"We had a lovely stay at Residence Sophia. We were given a lovely greeting and help with our bags. The cabin was exactly as advertised -clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained with very nice landscaping. The two swimming pools were brilliant, warm, clean and not crowded. Résidence Sophia is also in a great location for exploring the island easily via the T10. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"When we booked for a night we were conscious that the hotel is a relatively no frills place (a bit dilapidated, simple furniture, but clean) and expected no luxury. What we also not expected in our room was a continuous very noisy sound of water streaming through pipes (a problem with the airco piping ? a lack of noise insulation between the room and an adjacent technical facility ?). "The hotel is in an excellent location within easy walking distance of the old town. The staff were v friendly and helpful - on our first night they provided us with cold meats and cheese even though they don’t have a restaurant. The rooms are very light and clean."
