"Naja… wir waren vier Nächte im Artion Hotel und auf den ersten Blick wirkt das Hotel modern und einladend. Leider war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt eher durchwachsen.
Direkt bei der Ankunft haben wir festgestellt, dass einer der Verdunkelungsvorhänge kaputt war und sich nicht vollständig schließen ließ. Wir haben das sofort angesprochen, ein Zimmerwechsel sei aufgrund der Auslastung aber nicht möglich gewesen. Am nächsten Morgen wusste die nächste Mitarbeiterin nichts davon und verwies uns...

Nous avons bien aimé le fait que le week-end une personne viennes prendre les commandes lorsque nous étions installés sur la plage et nous servait directement à nos transats.
Le personnel très gentil, seul bémol nous avions dans l’annonce wifi gratuit et aucunes indications pour la wifi, quand nous voulions demander il n’y avait personne à l’accueil.."

"Brilliant hotel, clean, functional and had everything I needed. Friendly and helpful staff who are very accommodating. Great breakfast every morning- nice range of variety.
Location was ideal for me- close to the beach and bus stop right in front for convenient travel to Heraklion. Overall, really enjoyed my stay."
