"Our host, Simone, was so very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He really made our visit seamless and special. We decided to stay an extra night and Simone was very happy to help us. "Clean rooms, super helpful staff, location next to Porta Nuova train station. Overall, the property room quality matches the low price - you get quality you pay for."
"Very impressed with all aspects of this hotel. Room was impecable. Staff were exemplary with customer service. Called a taxi for me several times. One of my best hotel experiences during this trip!"
"One of the best hospitality experiences I've had. The hotel was an incredible value for how lovely it is. Great location near the train station, but in a nice, quiet area. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. Our room was perfect, with an adorable balcony as an added bonus. I wouldn't stay anywhere else."
