"No período do Carnaval o Hotel só tinha um atendente na recepção, que não tinha autonomia para resolver as solicitações dos Hospedes.O gerente só apareceu no Hotel na 4af de cinzas, o que prejudicou a minha estadia pois não consegui obter um retorno dele da minha solicitação. Poucos funcionários para atender a demanda. No café da manhã vários itens acabaram como o queijo minas e pão integral e não foram repostos quando solicitado, disseram que tinham acabado.(?) Que administração é essa? Na 4af...
