"The hotel is divided into two sections: one is rated 3 stars and the other 4 stars. Unfortunately, this isn't made clear when booking. The hotel is advertised as a 4-star property on booking platforms, and the photos mainly showcase the 4-star rooms. However, upon arrival, we discovered that our room was actually in the 3-star section.
This was quite disappointing, as if I had known in advance, I would have chosen a different hotel that was genuinely 4 stars for the same price.
That said, the...
"The room and bathroom was terrible with the smell and clean. The shower very very unclean and bad all. The price is not good to the clean and comfortable."
"This hotel was very nice and in a good location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with our flight being delayed by a day. The free breakfast was excellent value and had lots of options. The bar was a nice place to end the evening. We didn’t have nice weather so didn’t get the chance to swim in the pool. Beware that if you’re booking through Expedia, the hotel sends a separate link to pay through, which we did not expect. Overall would recommend and stay here again!"
"Absolutely had the most amazing time. The hotel room was clean and the Seaview balcony was stunning during sunrise. The staff were incredible, friendly, professional. I didn't get the ladies name, but the reception lady who checked me in, was excellent. I wish I had gotten her name. Food was really good for what you're paying. Bathroom was very clean, as was the bedroom. The beach is literally a minute of three walk away, depending on how well you can move. I'm already planning on going back...
"روعة الفندق لكن الغرف شوي صغيره .. لكن موقع الفنظق خرافي و روعه وفخم و يصلح للتسوق والبحر وقريب منه مواقف سيارات اليوم الواحد ب يورو واحد فقط .. اما المواقف اللي مقابل الفندق غاليه .. اخذت ٣ ليالي فيه وبصراحه تمنيت اني ماطلعت "
"The hotel was good for us and served us well for the F1 race, the staff was great and the place had some upgrades, our room was a bit dated but clean."
"The room was clean and simple. The only dirty item was the chair in the room. Very stained. It was very tight in the room and very hard to place two suitcases open so we could get organized. But it was worth the price because I felt safe and very affordable. Close to beach and subway."
