Its a fairly easy walk and like others said in their reviews, there are several flights of stairs to get to the elrooms but there is plenty of help to get luggage up there since the staff is waiting dor you tonarrive. "I was able to stay for 3 nights during the Festa dei 3 Cheri, which the hotel is named for. Gubbio is a gorgeous medeival town, but during the festival it comes alive like almost nowhere else in Europe. It is one of the most unique, energizing, ancient celebrations. It unites the community, pays respect to elders, promotes teamwork, and honors a rich independent Umbrian past. The hotel is clean and comfortable great staff, family run. I hope to come back again if Saint Georgio wishes it so. "
