"The most obvious omissiom is that rooms, at least my room, didn't have mobile phone charging points and were not able to offer a charging plug.
There was lots of choice at breakfast, but the hot food was always cold and the restaurant had limited choice to its menu for dinner.
However, the staff were all friendly and I especially commend the receptionist who charged my phone for me with her own personal charger."
"We had an emergency and had to get an email that was sent to us printed and signed and sent back. The front desk person was able to help us and we got the document signed and sent away. A big thank to her for all her help. The room was great and the beds were comfortable."
"Free bike hire and everything so close, you can even bike to the zoo. Lots of nice places in walking distant and a river behind with benches, Free coffee and tea which you can make and go for a walk or sit by the river. It’s such a well looked after hotel feels brand new even though it isn’t, we’ve stayed there many times now and very consistent with high standards."
"Overall, the stay was decent and the location is exceptionally convenient with easy access to public transit, alongside very warm and helpful staff. However, the room's faucet was severely rusted, and despite requesting all still water on the first day, all complimentary water delivered on the second day was changed to sparkling water."
"We were expecting a mediocre place, but since it was just a 10-hour stopover, we decided to give it a try—and we’re so glad we did.
The rooms were spacious, with an even larger bathroom. The breakfast was hearty, delicious, and offered a great variety. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Fantastic value for money in an excellent location! Highly recommended!"
"Perfekte Lage, top moderne, minimalistisch designte Zimmer.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
