"This hotel is in desperate need of a deep clean and maintenance. We travelled with friends. Both rooms smelled heavily of mildew. You can not control the heat pump/ac in the room so it’s generally uncomfortable and damp. 1. Upon arrival we were walked from check in to the building our rooms were in. "Las 2 personas de recepción fueron muy atentas. El único detalle, (que me llamó la atención en muchos otros lugares) es que siendo Italia un país tan turístico y con tanta afluencia latina, sea tan difícil encontrar personal que hable al menos lo mínimo en español. De todos modos funcionó el inglés. El lugar está muy bien para lo poco que estuvimos. Sólo el baño debería ser revisado, poca fuerza en el inodoro. Paradas de bus y tranvia a pocos metros.
