"This hotel is very beautiful inside! The overstuffed sofas in the lobby area are so inviting and comfortable. The receptionist that welcomed us was a very distinguished gentleman who answered all our questions and was friendly. Our room was full of color and welcoming. The bathroom is very clean and spotless. In the morning I took pictures of our place throughout the inside. "Hotel is nice but dated. Could use a little updating. Limited staff but that's the way things are these days. Breakfast was limited. Front staff did what they could to help with questions we had. In an industrial area but the town centre is a short walk/drive away and is very quaint. Front staff should promote that. A great restaurant in right next door. Made the stay much nicer. All in all it is good value for the price."

"The Good: the receptionist (who was probably the owner) was friendly, responsive and helpful we were able to check out slightly late. The beds were comfortable with ample clean linens and towels. The shower had good pressure/temperature. The Bad: the toilet and sink were not very clean, I had to give i them a clean before using as I couldn’t find the receptionist by the time I noticed it. Also there wears a large trail of ants in the bedroom. "

"The hotel is tired looking and could do with a severe revamp. However, the beds, bed linen and towels were clean and the shower was super hot and efficient. It was very cheap and therefore you wouldn’t expect more than you get. It is about 45-50 minutes from the centre of Milan, but because it was so cheap to stay we used Uber to travel back and for which was very convenient. "

"Amazing Experience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfortable yet affordable place. The hotel is very clean and calm . Also located in Melzo which is a classy neighborhood. The owner is very kind and helpful. I came late one day from Milan and it was rainy and dark . I didn't find any taxi and couldn't walk alone , I called recepetion and Elena the owner came by her own car and took me to the hotel. She made sure I have the best room and didn't mind changing it for me at first...

"The hotel is old and in desperate need of renovation. There is a permanent smell of cigarettes throughout the property so they really should implement the NON-SMOKING policy. It’s very unpleasant. The rooms are comfortable but again, old shower, old furniture etc."

The shade in the bedroom didn’t work and thus made it difficult to open the window, but I was able to make it work. ( there is no A/C). The best part of our overnight stay was the free breakfast. Everything was delicious and perfect in every way (the hotels in the USA could learn something). Hot dishes were hot. Delicious coffee!! Everything was fresh and tasty. The variety of foods was astounding!! Bless the two ladies that kept the food coming and the eating area clean. "
