"Visited with family- turns out this place isn't even available. Stranded with family at 1am after 5 hour flight delay. Host contacted the next day to let us know this place shouldn't still be showing up since they are no longer renting it out for booking... yet I'm not able to get a refund... for a place we never even saw... horrible. "

"This hotel is not qualified for 3 stars hotel. Elevator was very stinky. Room has spacious and balcony., but floor was so dirty and faucet was full of stains.. tile in bathroom is dirty and dirty mark on the floor .. I stayed one night, but don’t think coming back.. Customer service was not friendly."

"the hotel was in a very good location it’s in a residential area but just a few steps from the eateries and bufsy streets the breakfast was very good and sumptuous and tasty all the staffs was amazing and friendly and professional thank you very much from Mr Diep"
