"Our stay in the Villa was comfortable. Saha was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived. We were three people and the beds were comfortable for Vietnam. They provided free bicycles for us, did our laundry, and arranged transportation when needed. The beauty around the villa was unmatched. "

Breakfast offering okay, the pool is a bit warm as only negative and cocktail bar isn’t very good to. But that said we would recommend this place very highly!! "The friendliness and support of the staff has made this miniature hotel really a “home away from home.” At any time I feel more like I was staying with a relative than staying in hotel. The true is the Vancouver hotel is not as luxurious as other pricey grand hotels but if you are looking for a convenient, clean, quiet, and peaceful place for a reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel."

"This was an interesting place, the resort is quite remote, has 2 great pools, the gym is good, the room really comfortable and clean but there is almost no English speaking capability (not that this is usually required), the resort has no first aid kit, and payments other than cash become really problematic. Don’t both with the restaurant, you MUST have your own transport to visit here"

"We had a great stay - the staff are amazing and the location is very cool. Great views and great food and a real experience. Unfortunately one member of the group slipped over and hurt their leg quite badly, but the staff were incredible and organised crutches and took such care. We would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something a little different from a regular hotel experience!"

"We were only at this home stay for a few hours but the owners were super accommodating. We had a unfortunate situation where a purse and passport was left on a bus that continued on. Within a less than a 6 hour period the owner got it figured out, made arrangements and got the passport with all its money, credits cards, etc. back to us. So far as to running out the retrieve it from the bus station when it was returned back to the city."

"We were rushed through check in and rushed to our room. Asked for 1 hour late noon check out- denied! The hotel was empty. As we started taking our bags to reception to leave housekeeping woman rushed into the room while we were still in it, promptly flushing toilet that was ready clean. Staff was courteous duri g breakfast but not friendly. Place is beautiful but cold and businesslike to a fault. The staff attitude most likely came from their training, the owner. "Was very strange to stay in Ninh Binh- it has a fresh market and didnt fibd anything else. 90 dong taxi to Tam coc for the attractions. The property was fine but just in the moddle of nowhere. I walked a lot and watched provance life"
