"The staff were so kind from the start since I arrived in the morning. They took care of everything and were so courteous! The pool was awesome! The gym was a bit dated and some equipment wasn't working, but you really only need weights. The food was amazing as expected with choices for vegetarian. My only wish is if they would serve more noodles. I also loved the juice bar. The campus was paradise, especially at night. I would love to come back another time!"

"This hotel is very new and the staff were very helpful. It is close to Central Festival Mall, which has everything. It was about a 10 minute walk or a five minute cab ride to the mall, about 20 minutes into the center of the city. "

"Joy's House is an oasis of sweet tranquility. The staff are genuinely hospitable. The grounds are gorgeous and well-tended. The property is a short 15-20 minutes into the heart of Chaing Mai. I also appreciated the a la carte food options available for lunch and dinner. I hope to return someday."

"Any detailed rating is really absurd so "unsatisfactory" is used just because some specific rating are demanded by this program. This hotel has been closed for some three years and has no business being advertised. It is the site of a tea farm. We did eat and sleep there because the on-site caretaker was gracious and there happened to be one bungalow kept for the owner's infrequent guests!"

"The location nearby has only a 7 Eleven. It’s difficult to get transportation. The shopping Mall around there need at least 25 minutes walk."
