"By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in Thailand. Got there and our reservation was messed up. Tried to send us away until I complained. Got to our room an no towels. Bed was comfortable that’s the only good thing. Breakfast was a joke! Coffee n crackers was about it. That’s not breakfast!! Disappointed after all those food reviews! Hate to see what some of those people say about bad hotels!!"

"Stylist and beautyful decor in detail. Pictures can be taken around the hotel. Must better to have lift for convenience especially with guest with heavy and large luggages. Water tap in bathroom not working well including water zink."

"Petty far from the city. Feel like stay at the apartment, not the hotel. They charge you foe breakfast."

"First thing that is very impt. If you are using Google Maps, pls type in Punfun Service Apartment and not Punfun Apartment! We got lost for an hour as Google maps brought us to the wrong location. The real Punfun is located within a building and is not visible from outside. You need to drive into a building carpark, then you can see the "reception" of Punfun. It's essentially just a small office. There are no lifts here, so if you have a lot of luggage, young kids, old folks, then this place is...

"Stayed here before. All as it ever was. Comfortable modern and wifi good. Only thing that has slipped are the choices at breakfast. Very limited Western style options. New hotels are popping up all the time here,so it is quieter than it was,maybe the poor breakfast is due to cutbacks. The hotel is somehow connected to the restaurant in the same road called Morgans/Mogans,which is infested with large rats.BEWARE "
