Staff were wonderful, helpful courteous and efficient and friendly. 100 / 100. Location and place is simply awe inspiring. Words and photos do not do justice. This is a must must visit place."

"We booked just 1 night at Caligo Resort because it was conveniently located close to Cheow Lan Pier (Ratchaprapha Pier). Once we arrived, we fell in love with the place; the view from the room was breathtaking. The terrace was perfect for relaxing while getting lost in the landscape. The big glass wall that allowed us to appreciate the view from the bed and the tub was also a great touch. On top of that, the service was 5-star. "Stunningly beautiful setting. Traumatic boat trip out to resort. Engine fire. Host pushed passed guests who were left to fight the fire with the boat driver. Used out hats to scoop water from the lake to put out foot high flames. Management at resort once we eventually arrived were non plussed. No acknowledgement of our ordeal other then and apology. Not even a complimentary beer! Cut short at start and at end due to the boat fire. Such a shame because it's a beautiful location. Needs money...

"Loved staying here the staff and location are great . Wish I stayed longer"

"Budget hotel with large double bed room for 508 baht. Room had fridge, good shower and central location next to bus station and supermarkets. Poor air conditioning though, which made room stifling hot. I went down to report it but no one to be found. Also WiFi so bad I came off it and used my sim data. "

"A true gem- it’s a little distant from “town” but after spending a night in town the previous night, I’d take the distance and unique setting over being in town any day. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Staying here feels like a breath of fresh air and was very enjoyable."
