"Staff is always friendly and helpful. Glad breakfast has been restarted since our last visit. Great food with real eggs etc. Noticed lobby upholstery has stains since our last visit. Bathroom shower could use some mildew management around the door. Very dusty on baseboards in bathroom. Rest of room was very clean and fresh. "

"You can never go wrong with a Drury, they're amazing! There weren't many areas to take a dog out, though. We had to walk about 5 blocks to reach a grassy area, but we're downtown Milwaukee so it's understandable. "

"I loved the rooms are so well thought to fit our needs, the sofa bed in front of the tv, and the curtains for division to the beds. And the full equipped kitchen is awesome 👏 "

"First the bad: The facility is aged and in dire need of updating. Chairs in the bistro/bar are worn and almost have the filler exposed. The carpets are old and worn, TV in room couldn't get half of the "available channels", and one elevator didn't work all weekend. Now the great: The staff!! From Lore at check-in and check-out to Erika in the bistro/bar the staff were amazing. They were engaged, friendly and helpful. They were personable and amazing to deal with regardless of the ask. Update...

"I registered online for a room and when I got there everything was waiting for me with no delay. I was handed my keys and the young lady at the desk escorted me to my room to help me with my bags. My room appeared and was clean righ down to the bathroom tub, sink, and toilet and stocked with the necessities. Refrigerator was nice and cold, bed linens were clean, furniture dusted, carpets clean and vaccumed and floors mopped. My stay was a pleasant one with no issues and all guests and employees...
