"Great hotel, had everything we needed and a great location next to Porta Nuova station. Our room faced onto an internal courtyard, so there was no street noise. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely with a good selection of food. Very friendly and helpful staff. They let us leave our luggage after we checked out. Free croissants available all day in reception."

"So so hotel in industrial area. Room was clean but not especially comfortable. The restaurant was closed for renovations. Decent breakfast. Ok place to spend a night near the highway but nothing special. Pleasant staff."

"Looks old but equip most what u needed. Rare to have a bed firm enough. Only difficulty is no instruction how to use the safe and inconvenient for luggage for stairs outside lift. "

"Was a lovely hotel , very clean and modern, and the staff were super helpful, friendly and welcoming. But it just doesn’t seem to fit with the area it’s in ( it’s too nice ! ) it just seems a little out of place in a predominately industrial area. It’s rated a two star but it could really be a three star! The restaurant let it down a bit , again, the staff were amazing, and the food on the set menu was really good, but it just had the feel of a cafeteria about it . The room was excellent clean...
