"Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel. In fact the staff was very hopefully and the breakfast was great, the poll too. And last the SPA was amazing with Ice cave "

"The lady on reception during my stay was more than helpful. She behaved like a friend and made me feel very comfortable and at home. Nothing was too much trouble and she took an interest in my activities and helped me overcome one potentially annoying problem. The location is brilliant, the room very comfortable: A kitchen, washing machine and plenty of space. The only issue would have been parking but I was on public transport so not an issue for me."

"The room was clean and modern but we had a room directly above the train station and it was very noisy all night. Stayed for two nights and the trains go through all night, with loud tannoy announcements etc. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, but we were disappointed to have such a noisy room when it's a large hotel and didn't appear to be full. "This place is great. Yes it's a guest house so not staffed at all times. No problem! The full renovation to the historic dwelling is outstanding. Full attention to detail is afforded by Boris. Lots of nice little touches throughout. We stayed in the underground dungeon.No noise problems.Lovely clean, modern and functional room. Our best stay so far in our 5 week trip."

"The Gallery in the Garden is a beautiful family run hotel living up to its name as it has its own private swimming pool in a secluded garden full of plumb, apple, pear, fig and peach trees. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and hold everything you need for your stay. I am happy to recommend this hotel."
