However, two other parties were left outside for 15+ minutes, calling on multiple cell phones, yelling in German. The room was clean and efficient, but had minimal comfort items. "The hotel is beautiful, with lots of historic stuff, it really feels ancient, authentic but it is clean. There is a forest around it where you can hike, visit a stream. Beware: the gps coordinates here on hotels.com take you to a cornfield not to the hotel, you have turn left well before it, at the Schloss Ernegg sign in the village under the hill. "

"If you want a nice, peaceful, away from everything kind of place, then this is your stop. Up on top of the mountains, you have a fantastic view all around you. It is very quiet and you can sleep peacefully. The rooms are quite basic, no fridge, soap stuffs, but it is still a great lodge. The owners are very nice and amazing folks who will do what they can to make your stay pleasant. This was definitely a relaxing stay for me."
