"The room was very pretty. The staff was so helpful to us. The breakfast was wonderful every morning. We loved the view of the mountains and the Matterhorn. It was very accessible to the train and convenient to the restaurants."
"I requested a room with a balcony and Mountain View, which is exactly what I got... balcony faced the Matterhorn, and had a table and chairs which was wonderful.. Breakfast was good, and location was perfect... would go again"
"Team Ambiance were amazing and very kind! My room was as described, clean and beautiful. I had an excellent breakfast every morning looking up at the Matterhorn. I can’t wait to visit this beautiful hotel again next year. Ken"
