"Location is far from the main shopping area . The street is crazy busy with young college kids , apparently the cheapest beer in town is on this street , if that’s your vibe then you will like it , but if you are in Milan for shopping I would not stag here . However there are some stores and restaurants close by . The staff was great , the hotel is old with lots of mirrors that made me dizzy it felt like 1980 retro , but it was very clean I can’t complain for that , it’s my fault for not looking...

"We showed up late; we were a mess when we got there. The food was exceptional; everyone was unbelievably kind. If all of the people that work there aren't one family, then I'm shocked because they all acted as if they were one. They just helped us: - check in - sit down - have a great time - have a fantastic dinner - get to bed on time I don't know how many times I was offered a water or an extra blanket or an extra drink or anything that I wanted. "The reception employee was very helpful, providing us with valuable information regarding our Tre Cimes hike. The site is remote and relaxing. A nice buffet was offered for dinner."

"The room was nice, the bathroom was great, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. There is a nice bar and restaurant on site so that was convenient. Be advised that this hotel is right next to the road so it could get loud. Let me qualify that I stayed during the Olympics so maybe it was busier than usual then. They also kept the lights on outside my 2nd floor window until late at night so if you're on that floor, bring a sleeping mask and some earplugs."

"The room was very clean and service was wonderful. They provided a shuttle to get in and out of town. Wish there was a shuttle pick up in town - or an easy way to have the shuttle come into town - but I made it to my hotel eventually."

The place the staff suggested to park was a little shifty and we almost got towed. But the location was great and in the middle of everything.
