"I cannot comment on the rooms as Expedia did not pass my booking on to the hotel although I had confirmation and booked 8 months ago. My 5 star rsting is due to Wil at the Glyn Valley going above and beyond to find us alternative accommodation at peak time in a small community which had an event on. Without him we would have been left with nowhere to stay.The reception bar and dining area looked spotless and welcoming."

"Stayed in one of the lodge rooms after doing the Welsh Three peaks. Being able to park right outside the room was a really helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the half price access to health spa was a real bonus. Will be staying again"

"Good place to stay, beer only slightly above pub prices. Decent food in the evening. Breakfast is buffet and good value. The scrambled eggs are so lush I went back for more. They must be using cream or butter in them. "

"Hotel really nice, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Only a couple of things thst could be changed....tea spoons instead of wooden stirrers, biscuits in room, dog bed and bowl would be a nice touch too when u are staying with your pooch."
