"Centrally located, very charming property. Lovely buffet breakfast to start the day, wonderful indoor pool with sauna and steam room that were a welcome break from hours of hiking during chilly autumn weather. Would highly recommend!"
"B&B Villa Angelino was in a great location, next to the pedestrian area in Ortisei and walkable to all the gondolas (to Seceda, Alpe di Suisi, and Rescia). A wonderful breakfast is included, and the staff provided service with a smile.
Even though we stayed in mid-September, it was still warm and the indoor/outdoor pool was refreshing."
"A lovely, peaceful hotel in an excellent location, with great amenities. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff were attentive. The only disappointment was the housekeeping: the same pillowcases and duvet cover were put back on when the bed was made, rather than being replaced with fresh linen and that was for the full 3 days we stayed there."
"The room was clean. No Ac but in knew that as AC is not a norm in this area but my room looked out to a walking path and a green space where there are lots of bugs so i did not feel comfortable leaving my door open and had a hard time sleeping with lack of fresh air in the room. Over all would stay again in the cooler seasons"
"It’s truly a self-service hotel. There is no receptionist and no staff on site; we only saw the manager from time to time. There is no food service, and not even a microwave oven available for guests to use.
The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, which makes the lack of staff and facilities even more inconvenient. We were honestly quite shocked to find a hotel like this. In all my years of traveling, I’ve never experienced anything quite like it."
"Super nice place run by a really friendly father and son. Breakfast was awesome and the views from the dining room are amazing. Great location too
10/10 recommend"
"This hotel is amazing! We wanted to extend our stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Amenities were excellent, nice pool and spa! Rooms were clean and super nice and updated Garden was nice to relax in. Excellent breakfast included. Close to the train station and bus station and to the town of Chiusa which has great restaurants. We took the bus to the Dolomites from the main station. Super great stay. Hopefully will come back some day! 10/10!"
"We had an amazing time here. We had booked 2 nights at very short notice (8pm in fact due to having to leave our original hotel), and when we arrived the staff were working hard to get our room ready to go (great job too!). We were also given a free room upgrade which was amazing.
This hotel has a real warm and cosy feel to it. The amenities are brilliant; especially the indoor whirlpool and relaxation area - top quality. The staff were extremely friendly and quite clearly love working...
