"Our family villa was far from clean, it rather looked like it was left for deconstruction. Bathrooms had a really bad smell like they had not been cleaned. Also many spots on the wall and places in the house where you thought that no real had happened. Although hotel staff and the hotel restaurant were nice, the stay was unpleasant due to the lack of cleanliness."

"I can’t say enough good things about Tirta Sari. You could spend a lot more money at a fancier place, but I can’t imagine what more you would get. My “bungalow” was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The garden and grounds are beautiful. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and really seem to be interested in knowing you.
