"Really friendly staff apart from the area traffic was ridiculous "

"We checked in just before midnight. They photocopy your passport. We got key cards. Room is good size and has air con but the bathroom has a very noisy duct exhaust type fan which made it hard to get a good sleep. Hotel is in the city centre of shops and restaurants, 10min walk to garlic lane, or to the beach.. 30min to beachwalk shopping mall. They cleaned and provided fresh towels daily except for the last day - I had to ask. Pool is smaller than it looks in the photos. I wouldnt stay here...

"Suited our needs "

"I didn't like the old wing of hotel.. But was moved to new section, which was great thanks 🙏. The breakfast area needs new Toaster. Only half of one toastng slots worked . Totally unexptable.. Regards Pip Mangano "

"So-so hotel. Rooms were subpar and mine had ants on the counter with the amenities. Bed was comfortable though. If sleep is the only thing you need in a hotel, this place is alright."

"I liken this hotel because it is near the beach, shopping mall is just next to it and many attractions and eateries within short walking distance but I hate the traffic jam leading to the hotel."

"Great hotel & area. Linen & towels could do with replacement. They were always clean but old. Bathroom was clean but could do with a good scrub."

"We have stayed here around 5 times. Still a great older style hotel with good rooms, great location and adequate breakfast. Superior room bathroom is looking a bit tired. Upgrade is required to replace tiles and grout. Breakfast could be improved with freshly made pancakes, bacon and an automated coffee machine."

"The staff, from the room attendants to the dining staff to the reception staff, every single one was so helpful, always cheerful and went out of their way to help you if needed. The rooms were lovely and clean, the pool beautifully maintained, the area generally quiet, lovely location. Would stay there again."

"the small from the road is not flash but on this little lane is a great massure/beauty shop, as great laundry and a super cheap local convenience store. Once inside 14 Roses the staff are special and the hotel has a lovely Bali atmosphere resulting in everyone being friendly. Totaly loved the place"
