"We made a reservation and when we got to the hotel, the staff told us that we had no real reservation made, even though we paid the fee online with Expedia for a room and then the staff demanded cash in order for us to get a room therefore we were charged double."

"Staff was friendly, breakfast was really good. The only part we did not like was their technique of housekeeping. Yes, the room was cleaned well, but there was a rule that there had the be a 3 day gap between cleanings. Second part was time of cleaning, it would not be done while we were out of the room during the day. By the time we returned in the afternoon, either the room cleaning was still being done where we had to wait in the lobby or the cleaning would not have even started. "
"More than basic hotel with a nice aspect. Very nice and modern and spotlessly clean. Would have liked a desk in the room.
Breakfast is extra but not expensive.
Helpful staff who went the extra mile. A short and easy walk to town, but taxis are plentiful.
