"The room was not very well maintained cleanliness was at a minimum.
Breakfast they were out of most every thing very poor quality.
After returning from work after first day I asked the front desk if they had gotten in the supplies needed for the breakfast and coffee they said no. I then left the hotel and checked in at a different property to stay there did not use the room for the second night"

"Awful service never experienced such disgust with Marriott specifically front desk employee Manu (((( rude, unprofessional, no class, no ethics or basic knowledge of how to represent Mariott. Every single small question , or need was answered with nasty attitude, rudeness and unprofessional attitude. 4 of the families staying with us were treated same way and I complained to her manager but not sure if she was taken care of. She ruined our stay as somehow she was almost every day working there."

"They stuck us in the worst room they had because we used a third party to book the stay. The room was small and had no sofa or chairs. It was a handicap room that had no tub. When you took a shower the water ran all over the entire restroom floor.
They also ran out of coffee and oatmeal but those were minor things in comparison."

"The beds and pillows were terrible, reminiscent of Motel 6 or college dorm beds—hard and flat. The pillows were even worse, likely filled with old stuffed animal stuffing, creating uncomfortable lumps. We had to request six extra blankets due to the minimal bedding provided.
The TV was unusable, split between the bed and couch due to its placement facing a divider.
The bathrooms were the most amusing. The shower and toilet areas were separate, so no quick pee before showering. The shower...

"Stay here! What a fun, unique and thoughtfully constructed bed and breakfast. In the heart of downtown Provo it is a great place to make your home base. Comfortable king bed with a room and house full of quirky and fun discoveries. Continental breakfast works well and was always out in the kitchen. Ideal for couples or single travelers."

"Property was very clean and comfortable!! A little bit of a challenge communicating about access but it all worked out. Only one normal sized fridge for multiple rooms worked out for this visit but could be an issue depending on the number of guests. Our upstairs bedroom was just cool enough but I would have preferred a little cooler. We didn’t realize that that bathroom was shared with other guests but that was our error for not looking closer at the listing.
Overall a very good stay,...
