"Fine, friendly, liked the inclusive treats (jelly beans, limoncello). Would have preferred a higher room than the basement. Curtains open means those in car park could see directly in, at least have some frosting. Otherwise good though! "

"We checked in late at night and would have liked to have paid by cash but it was card only. Would have liked to have used a lift as I have a leg injury but understand that the hotel is old so it didn’t have one. The room & bathroom was modern with tea & coffee making facilities. The highlight of the short stay was the breakfast, for how little the breakfast cost was it was unbelievable value and very nice. All in all the one night stay was extremely good value for money. "

"A short one night stay as we attended an event locally. Staff friendly, room was perfect for our stay. Great night sleep, bed is very comfortable. Lovely shower and used the complimentary body wash. Breakfast was great, something for everyone. And loved the option of being able to take away a coffee as we’re in a bit of a rush. "

"We liked the friendly staff and they were very helpful especially the house keeper. It was peaceful and comfortable. Easy to get to from motorway and location good for Stratford Warwick and Birmingham. Could do with sprucing up a bit but good layout -bedrooms away from dining area and kitchen"

"Clean airy room, lots of natural light. Well appointed and in good condition, fruit and snacks provided in the room. Staff were friendly and professional, I was looking forward to dinner in the restaurant but due to an electrical issue in the kitchen (usually hotel speak for chef tantrum/illness) they could only provide sandwiches and salads. I was informed about this beforehand so I picked up something on the way, only to find out on arrival that it was open again. Never mind enjoyed the KFC...

"The stay was fine, with no real issues apart from parking. Since the Teslas charging points were installed there is limited close parking - especially for those with limited mobility "

"A unique enjoyable place to stay, but limited facilities available when the castle is closed. The team put on entertainment for kids. Quite a walk from Warwick Station if travelling by train."
