"While it was helpful that after a couple days in an extremely noisy room I was able to switch, what I ended up with was a room with a rather uncomfortable bed and, worst of all, no hot water. So for about 4 or 5 days of my stay I had to basically just quickly rinse off. Fine if I'm camping but not what I expect at a hotel. The location was handy but I'd never stay at this hotel again."

"Quiet clean rooms"

"Phenomenal experience. Great design/architecture. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Nice view of the distant mountains."

"Beautiful and very clean Hotel , staff very friendly, its very close to downtown and very good restaurants, The Antojitos Market, The Famous and Delicious La Lucha cafeteria and delicious cakes . I definitely come back again."

"Bathroom shower leaked water all over bathroom and outer room. No air conditioning or fan provided, so very warm. Unit was in poor condition and very dirty. Staff was very unfriendly and did not provide clean towels or sheets for the second night. Rather they gave us a mop to clean the water in the bathroom. One of the most awful places I have ever stayed in"
