"The bathroom in our triple room was very narrow. We can smell an occasional sewer smell. The pillows are flat. Otherwise, the hotel is great. The staff are nice too. We do like the location because it was walking distance to the train station which made our trip from Venice and our trip to Rome very easy. It is also so close to the main attractions and restaurants."

You’re within walking distance of amazing shopping, restaurants, the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, etc. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star, was the accessibility and mobility within the hotel itself. Even if you take the tiny elevator to your floor, you might have another set of stairs just to get to your room.
