"We had an amazing stay at Pelican Beach Hotel. Donna and the entire staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and you can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was outstanding — easily one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re looking for a relaxing place with great service and a warm, personal touch, this is it. We can’t wait to come back."

The food was most excellent and the property was secluded and most serene. The beach was kept immaculate. All in all this is a perfect place for relaxation and peace of mind. "Really beautiful property. Everyone is really nice. Bed very comfy. Had everything we needed for the week. About a 10 minute a walk to Sunset beach. You do want to rent a car as it is in Leeward beach area. Short drive to Grace Bay. Pool area is super nice with jacuzzi. "

"I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!"

"The good was location and clean large room. Most staff were friendly and super helpful. The downside is construction!!! Right next door to balcony from 7 am to 7pm. Noisy and workers looking in. Otherwise great for the price. "

"My husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay. Rock was a most gracious host. Any questions we had, he was there to answer and he was able to provide any extras we needed. He also suggested places to eat and supermarkets close by, he had us covered. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable, not too far from anything on the island. We would most surely stay again on another visit. Thank you so much Rock for your hospitality!"
