The breakfast was adequate but quite poor quality - yogurt was good, as was bread and cakes but orange juice was watery, coffee weak and limited fresh fruit."

"The staff are exceptional, so kind and helpful. The rooms were lovely and right next to the beautiful pool. There is a pool bar/ cafe providing food, drinks and anything else you may need. Hotel is only a few minute walk from the beach and main strip. Would definitely return here for another holiday. All the facilities were amazing , especially the staff. "The luxury suite was great and spacious, the bar man Fortis was the best staff ever and made us feel welcome. We were only disappointed when the lady at reception made us wait whilst she ate for 20 mins when we needed our keycard to get back in our room. That wasn't good. However Fortis the bar man kept us happy with great conversation and apologies whilst we waited."

"It was our second stay. Everything was good. Except 3 issues. There should be more cups etc. In the kitchen available. Second issue is wifi that most of the time is very poor or doesn't work at all and it needs some upgrade. And 3rd we decided not to use swimming pool this time, because it becomes basically public swimming pool. "This is literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. There is no hot water, it is dirty, in chaos, full of insects, feels run down, the fridge is dripping, my husband fell off a chair because it is an old old plastic chair, everything is so old and shabby. Honestly this is not even a 1 star apart hotel. The only decent thing is the pool. "
