Had to ask for fireplace to be made up. No heating anywhere else in the hotel. No ambiance, dead quiet everywhere. One friendly receptionist / manager, everyone else seemed impossible to get hold of. "La vía de acceso está en malas condiciones. En el lugar no hay actividad disponible para pasar el momento. No te informan de lo que puedes hacer Turística mente está muy pobremente exportado. No fue una agradable estadía"

"Una propiedad tradicional y bien ubicada"

"The manager did not honor my reservation , I showed my paid receipt ,but they didn't care . They said that they do not get paid for xpedia and were very rude . Do not book there . Terrible experience. I had to book in another hotel . I waste time and money ."

"Muy bien todo. Muy limpio y buena atención"

"I arrived at the hotel and the staff could not find my reservation. The staff also claimed hotel does not accept pre-paid reservations as a matter of policy and hence I would have to pay them in cash as they also did not have any way to receive payment by credit card. Since I had insufficient cash on me anyway, I refused to pay twice for what was already way overpriced accommodations in Latacunga, Ecuador. "
