"Room was cleaned and changed every day; fresh towels etc. Air Con was thankfully working well the entire time. Mattress was memory foam and I slept well on it, though at first the hard board under the mattress took a bit of getting used to.

"Great location...centrally located and most of the places on our itinerary were walkable. Great restaurants and cafes just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. "We enjoyed the breakfast and the air conditioning. While there are many restaurants around the hotel, you don't hear noise from them. There is a minifridge with some minibar items, but with some space left for your sodas/drinks. The staff were awesome! The only issue we had- no shelves in the shower and not enough space around the sink to place your toiletries. I really recommend adding shelves in the shower! "Hotel was good stay. It had everything we needed for our 3 day stay in Rome.
The location is a little far from the historical centre which made commuting on a bus/metro a must.
The rooms were clean but soundproofing was not present for both hallway and window towards the streets

From the moment we arrived the staff was very attentive to our every need. Bags were taken up to our room and we were shown how to use the AC unit and electric window blinds. The staff helped us to navigate where we wanted to visit and a great restaurant for lunch and even a barber for my husband.
Breakfast buffet had a good variety of items and I was happy to see even a basket with gluten free bread and goodies!
