Find 3 Star Hotels in Palca from SAR22

"The kind gentleman checking us in at around 7:30pm was new and unfortunately not familiar with the system. We walked into our assigned room and there was an unknown couple in the bed. Turns out we were given an already occupied room. This was a humiliating experience for all of us, but particularly for the couple in bed. We were then offered another room, but when we walked in we realized it had not been cleaned at all since the previous guests left. There was trash and the bed was unmade, etc. We were then given a very small but clean room with twin beds instead of the executive double (large) room we paid for. The hotel did serve us lunch to make up for it and paid for our airport shuttle ($13). I would have preferred to have the room we paid for. Breakfast was not ready at the promised 7am time and it was not varied at all. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom stays wet b/c there is only half of a shower door. The location is perfect, on Plaza de San Pedro. "

"Nice room, wall heater worked ok . Close to football stadium , great plaza, lots of food outside of door. Easy to get home when phone dies and you no Spanish Old elevator but better than nothing Tidy rooms , helpful staff, great location "

"Very well situated hotel close to main street. Nice new hotel. No aircon for summer. People on reception helpful. Restaurant on top floor was lovely. The menu was totally in Spanish with no English. The wait staff also did not understand english. Im sure we are not the only English speaking guests. A suggestion to include English on the menu would be helpful."

"Where do I begin? Wow ... Elegance is not the word I would use. Staff is great. Hot shower great. I'm sure the place was a 3 star hotel in the 1970s. It has not been touched since then. Chairs literally falling apart and you have to hammer the arms back in place. Sofas so old no one would take them for free off the street. Towels shredding. Rug dirty. I travel a lot so I'm used to simple hotels but this one needs an entire overhaul. Breakfast is terrible. Every day only toast, jelly, cheese, ham slices, watermelon. Very sad to see a probably once great place in such a terrible state"

"Great hostel close to many of the attractions. Safe area. Easy to organise activities through the hostel. Staff are friendly. Would recommend "
