"Staff unhelpful. Canceled 1 room through Expedia. They contacted the hotel multiple times without a response. I contacted them as well with other questions and no response. Booked an executive suite for the family and they tried putting them in a sub standard room with a broken TV. After contacting the front desk, they were moved into the suite later that night. Manager refused to help or give a credit because it was booked through Expedia. Not a trustworthy property."

"Location is near shopping mall and airport. The staffs were excellent. Wifi connection is terrible. The room has a lot of flying bugs. The entire bathroom floor will get wet after you shower. Breakfast buffet is not great also."
