"Very nice hotel conveniently situated on Via Etnea. More than happy with my room, spacious and clean though, as stated in other reviews, there was no soap and the air con was just for show. Those two gripes aside I would recommend this hotel as a good base from which to visit Catania."

"Room was okay, and breakfast was very good. A really nice terrace for breakfast. Our bed was rather firm, and the design of the shower in bathtub made it very difficult to shower without water getting all over the floor. The elevators were small and required one elevator to get to the lobby on the 4th floor, and a second elevator to get to the room on the 3rd floor. You had to then go up to the 4th floor and switch elevators to leave the hotel."
"The property is in a central location and next to a sweet park. The staff are very kind. It’s on a bus route to the airport which starts at 5:30 am. The property itself is older and needs a bit of tlc. But I’ve stayed in similar places. If you’re expecting an American style hotel. Nope. But a basic accommodation is what you will get. I was on the main floor for two evenings and while I’m not a light sleeper it could be noisy. I got some cheap earplugs and it was fine. My additional night stay I...
