"Do not arrive before 2pm. We arrived at 1:40 and needed to wait until the door was unlocked. The room was clean and the 2 staff members were pleasant. The elevator does not work and we needed to walk up 3 flights. I would not recommend this hotel if you have any mobility issues. The airport shuttle was a taxi that cost 30 euros. They did order the taxi for us. The hotel is located close to a park and the central part of Catania so the location is perfect if you are interested in exploring. The...
"The caretaker was wonderful and so friendly. When our arrival was highly disrupted by Etna spewing ash causing our flight to be diverted to Trapani causing us to arrive at 6am instead of 10pm, he was very welcoming and reassuring throughout the process. The rooms as comfortable and could be made quite dark, cool and quiet to enable us to sleep even if it was from 6am-12pm or going to bed closer to dinner time (8pm) than night time. The location is also unbeatable for walking access to lots of...
"Our family had a wondering 3 nights here. Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Their assistant was amazing and very attentive. We highly recommend this stay for all those considering Catania."
"Fantastisk sted.
Vielen Dank!"
"The booking included a bottle of wine per room booked which we never received therefore false advertising . We asked the owner , he said it was no longer available"
