"The front desk at the hotel was rude and had a bad attitude and tried to make me work to contact Expedia customer service to get my funds out of Expedia, even though I paid in full via Hotels.com. The hotel itself was in a quiet location and the rooms were well kept and cleaned. If you expect good hotel service, I would recommend other hotels."

"The staff is very helpful. Kiet and Jai are always there to give you the best support. The place is very quiet and relaxing."

"There is no pool"
