"This is such a beautiful hotel, the rooms were stunning and everyone was so friendly starting from the desk to the people working at the restaurant. Location of the hotel is just perfect to walk to Gabriela’s Mistral museum and take a stroll at the plaza. The food at the restaurant was excellent with detailed presentation of each plate and so delicious. My wife and I will definitely return and we recommend this anyone coming to Vicuña!"
"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH EXPEDIA!! got there and they refused our booking as they said Expedia owed them money. They turned us away! Contacted Expedia who said they would try and get us a refund as they’d already sent the money, but they wouldn't give us a refund. THEY ARE THIEVES! VERY DODGEY!!"
"The setting was beautiful and the rooms very spacious and comfortable. There was a barbeque and they were able to provide a box with plates, cutlery, chopping board and tongs - we bought some charcoal and meat and made the most of barbecuing overlooking the beautiful Elqui Valley! Staff were all really helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was also a lovely bonus. "
