"The room is beautiful, clean and nice. The garden with different plants and flowers is amazing. Birds including hummingbirds also hang around the garden. The location is also great."
"Beautiful grounds, but no restaurant or real hospitality
The grounds are well kept and the pool is beautiful with lush vegetation around it, about 1.2 hours from Quito. That's where the positives end.
There is no functioning restaurant despite what's advertised — we were directed to a roadside eatery up the street with questionable sanitation. "Included" breakfast required scheduling an appointment and lady was not there a worker came out and told us to waited to brew coffee; we skipped it...
"Horrible experience in this place,i got several bug bites on my legs, shower was very uncomfortable since is only cold water,
The only good about this place is the nature surrounded this place, other than no.
Check other options before booking this place. And lastly they almost canceled our reservation, because they were saying that they don't work with expedia, because they dont pay, and expedia owns them 5,000 dollars already."
"There was plenty of birds and trails.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
The food was unexpectedly great.
The road getting up to the reserve is a little rocky/bumpy but thats literally the only concern everything else was amazing."
"This is a very lovely place to stay. just a 15 minute walk out of town but so worth it. quite and peaceful and with great views. Humming birds and a bird feeding table near the restaurant mean you will see some wonderful birds while you dine during the day time. The staff are lovely and will look after you really well. "
"Prachtig gelegen accomodatie, midden in de natuur. Uitstekende plek voor vogelliefhebbers. Bijzonder vriendelijke mensen, maaltijden uitstekend.
