"Good staff. Very professional and check in was smooth. Nice clean rooms and clean bathroom. Good hot water. Walking distance to Temple Hill - just 1.2 km. If you don't feel like walking, it is easy to get an auto rickshaw for 50 rupees. The staff arranged a taxi for us to the Coimbatore Airport for a very reasonable price. "This is not a hotel, it’s a hostel. The worst place, even if you are in an emergency the reception will not answer your call. The beds are soo old and uncomfortable, we booked for two days but could not even sleep one hour first night and the acting manager promised to refund the second night as we moved to another hotel but the reservations team refused to refund us. Terrible service overall. If you are going from western countries, definitely not the hotel to book"

"Clean room, helpful staff, good omelete breakfasts. Channel selection on cable was bad. I couldn't find a cricket channel. As a matter of fact, most channels don't get any signal. Gret valley view in the morning. Close to Coakers walk and the Lake."
