"This place is my favorite, second time out here, perfectly located. The staff is beyond amazing. This is the spot with the VIEW"

"Amazing staff service. My partner fell unwell on the train and we booked this hotel in ‘emergency’ fashion. Reception staff gave us a room upgrade, insisted on sending a steady supply of herbal tea and fruit to our room,"

"Clean and safe. Great staff, limited breakfast. Large room and good shower."

"I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were welcoming and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. With a lot of beautiful views all around. I had used the spa services (jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, and a massage) and they exceeded my expectations. "Nice place, near city center and easy access to transportation. Beautiful room, just a bit noisy. No A/C, so have to keep the patio door open. No fans available, so bring a small travel one if necessary. Would stay again, beautiful little town."

"Royer was great! He got us to the train station and made sure we saw the town before we boarded for Machu Pic"

"Good place: close to everything: archeological sites & restaurants. Room is quiet, clean, bed is comfortable and Wifi works well. Service was great & lady owner is adorable. Will come back next time."

"Staff were excellent, breakfast was excellent, clean room"

"Loved the location and the view from the terrace WOW ! For the breakfast you will have the basics. The staff is super helpful and friendly !"

"The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance from the train station, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and stored our bags for free because we were coming back to stay another night after Machu Picchu. The coffee was very good and breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel."

"Friendly staff"

"Great location just far enough from the main square, quiet and peaceful! Wonderful host. Our time is this beautiful city will always be remembered we hope to come back eventually!"
