"The property is in a great location and the rooms are excellent. Staff is always friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying here and both experiences were wonderful."

They even explained exactly where to park, and the free, secure parking included with our stay was a huge plus. Everything we asked for was handled promptly and with genuine kindness. The breakfast was...

"Sehr freundliche und gute deutschsprachige Begrüßung. Gesicherter Parkplatz.

"Very unique place, family run. Very clean & quiet, lovely outdoor area & on the beach. We had a garden view but could still see the ocean."

"Perfect location for Volterra, great views, super friendly hosts & great rooms"
