"Great location on the lake but the property was terribly disappointing. Loose flagstone pieces in the exterior area were a hazard, as well as broken decking slats. No handrails on the outside steps or the interior stairs. Broken window shades, unfinished and dirty closets, etc. Worst of all, the entire home is noticeably leaning toward the water with uneven floors that throw you off balance. "Wonderful spot……but needs to be kept up a little more, needs to be finished inside. Enjoyed our stay there very much…..great lakeside location. Needs fence beside the lake, as there’s a roughly 30 ft drop to the lake. "

"Booked and billed through expedia. Evolve sent my itinerary, check in information, and property contact. Tried to contact several times the week before check in day and received no response. Got a text from the owner the day of check in. She was great but was not the original name or phone number i received from evolve. Not sure why evolve is even in the process."
