My only complaint making this not a 5 star review is that the walls are paper thin. I could hear the other guests in the rooms with connected walls during my entire stay, which was not pleasant overnight. "

"We had to change the date of our arrival for granddaughter’s graduation and the original place couldn’t accommodate our party so canceled the first and booked with Tru Hilton. Glad we did. It was great; beds very comfortable, clean room, nice breakfast and overall excellent. Will stay there again next trip and was more affordable."

"I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I knew it was old but it looks like the new company is getting it spruced up. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, and enough towels. The front desk attendant was very knowledgeable. There is a shuttle if you are going to the amphitheater for a show. Hot breakfast in the morning with a nice dining area. "

From my first interaction via phone with Katie at the Front Desk to every member of the service teams (cleaning, breakfast, etc) they were friendly, helpful and wonderful to deal with. I arrived late and my boyfriend even later and the night staff member was helpful and assisted us in getting checked in. The breakfast has so many options and the fresh berries and warm breakfast were my faves. If we ever come this way again for work I would not hesitate to...

"The service was great, everyone I dealt with was so nice and helpful. We had a 2 room condo and it was awesome. We had so much room and everything we needed. My only complaint would be the king bed we slept on was so hard. Like sleeping on a board. Other than that everything was great!!! Definitely recommend. Felt like it was a nice clean area and felt safe with our kids."
