"The hotel is very nice and well located in the El Frances beach but not too far away from Tolu. Everything was impecable and the food was great. Sandy, Yulieth and Paula went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience ever. Kudos to all of them! I will always keep them in my heart."

"They never got my Expedia reservation. Got the only room left an extremely large 4 bed room. Really tiny parking lot had to play Tetris with cars to park. No one at front desk when trying to check in at 10:30pm. Next to Noisy plaza on weekends. "

"The hotel dont use Hotels.com. We came there, and the order had not gone through. Still they manage to give us a room. Its cheap, so you getting what you pay for. "
