"I didn’t find the reception staff particularly attentive or helpful. Being pressed for a time I would have breakfast each morning for the next 5 days without explanation was frustrating. Also, they were out of irons on Saturday and I had to go twice to the reception to ask. No telephone in the room was inconvenient which meant frequent visits to the reception. I asked for housekeeping every day (instead of a drinks voucher)"
