"- AC is broken for days, they didn't advert before check in; - The carpet of my room was sticky and the bathtub wasn't clean properly; - if you ask for some service, forget about it. They don't have staff enough to maintain the place running (I asked for a hairdryer, they gave me one broken; I asked to clean the room or give me at least 1 clean towel, they did nothing!!) They offered me 25% discount to stay, but since it was already full paid in advance, it's quite complicated to get my money...
