"Excellent hotel with great services. Very comfortable room and good locations. Only one small thing that you need to keep in mind that the hotel is on top of the hill if you have a disability to walk steep hills, like me that I just had a surgery and unprepared for the steep walking. Other then that we were very happy with the hotel."

"Room originally felt a bit small but was fine once we rearrange some furniture to fit our luggage. We fit comfortably on the bed but if you are of a bigger build/tall then you may overhang. The view from the room is brilliant with Mt Fuji in the middle. There is also a lot of restaurants and some shops nearby so it was very convenient. Unfortunately didn't get to try the public bath as we were too tired."

"The hotel has agreements with local parking. I paid in advance and received parking ticket. The parking ticket did not work, the hotel staff called and then had me call parking to unlock. I spend 45 minutes getting out of parking. The parking place charges ¥9,800 overnight. I did not use the hotel parking the rest of the nights I stayed at hotel"

"Honestly the highlight of our entire trip. One night and it exceeded every single expectation we had. The kaiseki dinner was absolutely brilliant. The in-room private onsen facing the lake was just incredible. And the staff were something else, so kind, so attentive, so genuinely invested in making sure we had the best time. One night was nowhere near enough but they made every moment of it count. 100% recommended. Do not even think twice about it."

"You can get the full experience at the hotel. We got the views of Mt Fuji from the room. The hotel room also has an area for having tea ala Japanese, complete with a tea table, tea set, cushions and bamboo floor. They also give you a yukata (typical Japanese robe) that you can wear to breakfast and for the Japanese hot bath, which is also included in your hotel package. Overall, we loved it. Walking distance to the lake (2 minutes), for amazing pictures. You are also less than 10 minutes...
