"This hotel was overall beautiful, great location and comfortable for the 4 of us to stay in 1 room. Keeping in mind everything is just smaller in Japan, that would be my only con is there really is no floor space with 4 beds but other than that I have no complaints. Am travelling with my parents who is above 65 years, the location is around 7 mins walk from hotel to the train station. To Kujo station only 4 mins. Visiting Kyoto scenic places usually travelling via bus or train, and it is very convenient. "Highly recommend staying here as a base for exploring Kyoto. Room was very nice and clean and bigger than your average Japanese accommodation, could actually open our suitcases on the floor instead of temporarily on the bed. Wish we had booked longer there and just did day trips to Osaka "
