"Excellent staff. Bed was uncomfortable. Complimentary breakfast and dinner was appreciated although very busy at breakfast."

"Excellent breakfast, choice of Western, Japanese and Chinese foods. Lots of staff to greet you but you still have to check in your own on the kiosk."

"Excellent Hotel – Highly Recommended! The hotel is impeccable and ideally located, just a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Central Station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city's main attractions as well as nearby destinations such as Osaka and Nara. Everything feels brand new, including the rooms, which are spotlessly clean and surprisingly spacious, even in the more economical categories. The bathroom is completely modern and newly renovated. The staff are very friendly and...

"Don’t judge a book by its cover… truer words were never spoken. My initial impression on seeing the building was one of dread, what had I booked; nothing about the drab beige square with windows said “hotel” until I walked in. The staff welcomed me with warm smiles, patience and efficiency. Shoutout to Min! The rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast plentiful(surprisingly natto is not offered) and the metro stop right outside the entryway is the cherry on top! My preferred hotel of choice in...

"The staff excellent the hotel is nice but I can’t be better but for the prices is nice option"

"Goed: ligging 4min. lopen van het station. Vriendelijk behulpzame Staf. Schoon, snelle lift. Goede ontbijtfaciliteit met Aziatisch en Westers voedselaanbod. Rustige omgeving.

"My second time staying here but now with older family members. Love the free coffee and tea drinks amenity in the lobby and all the toiletries. Staff was helpful and it’s in a great location. Will definitely be booking here again in future trips!"

"All ok"

"Staff were very nice and helpful. Location right at train station. Great breakfast and amazing amenities. We did face masks every day !"
