"Room is a bit small but seems to be the norm as other hotels has similar size room. This hotel is 2-3 blocks from Sapporro station and walkable to the city loop train stops and susukino area. A 7-11 store is at end of block for a late night snack."

"Walkable distance to a few attractions such as the Sapporo TV Tower and Clock Tower. Odori subway station has many exits and the nearest would be Exit 34. Room is nice and clean. Bonus are the microwave and washing machine provided. The only downside is that there is no bottled water in the room. Overall a great and comfortable stay!"

"I reccomend this hotel. Great customer service and amenities, including the hot spring onsen and the enriched and yummy breakfast. You can get freely a cozy pijamas and personal items (toothbrushes, shower caps, etc.) It is very convenient and I felt more than welcomed there. I will book again this hotel if I will visit again Sapporo. Arigato gozaimasu!"

"Beautiful, stylish hotel, decorated with great taste. It is modern, clean and has a beautiful Onsen. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is located just 2 blocks from Odori park and across the botanical garden, which is worth a visit. The most serious inconvenience is the lack of space for luggage and a closet. You are forced to use your luggage, couch, tea table as a makeshift closet, ruining the entire aesthetics of the place. There is no concierge and the staff is young and speak...

"Excellent value. A quaint , modern, clean hotel without frills, in an excellent location. As in most Japanese hotels of this price, the rooms are tight and there is little room for luggage. However, because there’s lots to see in Otaru, one spends little time in the hotel, so it was just what we needed. I highly recommend it if it fits your budget."

"Great location near to lots of shopping and dining options. Parking was available on site. However, it was mechanized parking so you might have to wait awhile to collect the car especially when it’s busy. Some nice touches include washing machine, microwave in the room and coffee is provided in the lobby."

"Staff were really friendly and helpful! And I really liked the light breakfast that they provided for free. Coin laundry machines are available on the first floor (no detergent required). Room was a little bit dusty but acceptable. Pillows were a bit soft but not an issue as you can request for more pillows. Would stay there again!"
